Salary: $130 -$160k CAD

Skills - Must Have:
  • CPA designation
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • At least 3–5 years in a management or supervisory role within a CPA firm
  • Experience overseeing client engagements from planning to completion
  • Knowledge and application of firm standards and quality control procedures
  • Track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Participation in staff training, mentoring, or career development initiatives
  • Involvement in committee work or internal practice development projects
  • Strong technical accounting and auditing skills

Requirements

  • Designated CPA with extensive experience  in a public practice management role
  • Strong technical skills with a creative flair to provide practical solutions
  • Sound analytical, leadership, problem solving skills and professional judgment
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to forge sound working relationships with partners, clients and related advisors
  • High standard of integrity and commitment to exceptional client service and teamwork
