Salary: $130 -$160k CAD

Skills - Must Have:
- CPA designation
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in public accounting
- At least 3–5 years in a management or supervisory role within a CPA firm
- Experience overseeing client engagements from planning to completion
- Knowledge and application of firm standards and quality control procedures
- Track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Participation in staff training, mentoring, or career development initiatives
- Involvement in committee work or internal practice development projects
- Strong technical accounting and auditing skills
Requirements
- Designated CPA with extensive experience in a public practice management role
- Strong technical skills with a creative flair to provide practical solutions
- Sound analytical, leadership, problem solving skills and professional judgment
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to forge sound working relationships with partners, clients and related advisors
- High standard of integrity and commitment to exceptional client service and teamwork
